Problems solved after transformation of ash storage humidifier:

 1) After modification, the problems of ash sticking and ash accumulation inside the mixer are solved. 

 2) The problem of frequent blade replacement of blender is solved after modification.  

 3) Solve the problem of slow unloading speed of blender after transformation, improve the unloading efficiency. 

 4) After modification, the main parts, driven shaft, driving shaft, central shaft, reducer, motor and base of the mixer will not be damaged due to internal ash accumulation.  

 5) The mixer is reformed to improve the reliability of the equipment, and there is no high material level in the ash storage to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit in the power           plant.
