The raw coal bunker on both sides of 36 coal conveying belts in a power plant is seriously blocked after feeding, and the steel plate at the bunker mouth is damaged due to the hardening of the coal, which has not been solved by the workers' painstaking efforts and long-time beating and poking.
The on-site construction personnel are dedicated to their work. Our factory uses electric drill to drill holes for the lining plate installation, and special countersunk head bolts to thread and fix the UHMWPE lining plate. The advantages of electric drill drilling are: regular threading hole, fixed lining plate will not cause coal leakage phenomenon.
This figure shows the position of the hopper mouth of the coal chute after the installation of the UHMWPE lining plate. After the installation of the UHMWPE lining plate, there is no sticking and blocking phenomenon after the operation, and there is no need for workers to knock and poke coal.
The lining board is installed in our factory. According to the actual situation on the site, the tightness of the bolts can effectively and firmly fix the lining board, so as to prevent the lining board from falling off and falling off.
