Our workers are methodically installing the UHMWPE sheet produced by our factory. Five years ago, the company was troubled by the problem of sticking and blocking, which seriously affected the production. Various solutions were adopted, but the effect was not ideal. Subsequently, our factory adheres to the spirit of ingenuity and sincerity to negotiate business, and finally moved the enterprise, which started our first hopper transformation cooperation. After the modification, the excellent products and mature technology of our factory successfully solved the sticking problem in the production process of the enterprise, which moved the other party again with the actual effect. The continuous business contacts between us have been carried out. As of this time, it has been the eighth cooperation. The thick renovation contract, in black and white, proves the enterprise's determination to install UHMWPE anti sticking board in all the silos and hoppers, and also proves that Hongda's liner manufacturing and installation technology has the industry's leading level.

In Ningxia, the temperature has dropped below zero. At this time, our ongoing humidification mixer transformation project is also the third cooperation with Ningxia power plant, which is the third unit of the power plant transformation. In the conversation with the on-site maintenance staff, we learned that the eight modified humidification mixers had a good use effect. After their blades were upgraded to the polycarbonate resin blades of our plant, the replacement rate was greatly reduced, from the original three-month replacement to more than one year replacement. Some parts can be used for more than two years, greatly reducing blade loss and saving production cost.

In the northeast, many power plants are struggling to solve the problem of sticking the humidification mixer. However, they have been frustrated many times. Finding HD will bring them a bright future. With the unremitting efforts of our salesmen, Yimin Power Plant, after careful consideration, agreed to adopt our plan of humidification mixer transformation for a trial transformation. Both sides are satisfied with the effect of the transformation.
