It has been one month since Wuhan was unsealed. The economic isolation caused by the epidemic has been gradually eliminated. The process of national economic recovery has been accelerating day by day. The business of our factory has gradually ended its stagnation.
At the beginning of this month, the task of technical guidance for the transformation of humidification mixer came from Northeast power plant. Without the cooperation of our factory's fixed installation team, it is very difficult to command the local staff to complete the transformation project. Therefore, our factory has selected and dispatched senior technicians to conduct on-site by considering various aspects. Although there are many problems in personnel communication and team grinding-in at the initial stage, under the patient guidance of technical personnel, the humidification mixer transformation is still in progress slowly and orderly.
Fortunately, more preparation may quicken the speed in doing work. With the advancement of the first humidification mixer transformation process，the installation team cooperated with each other gradually, and the later transformation speed was greatly improved. At present, the transformation project of the first humidification mixer has officially ended, and it is believed that the transformation of the remaining two humidification mixers will be more smooth.
In the process of upgrading the humidification mixer, in consideration of the differences in the use environment and materials of each humidification mixer, the technicians who guide the installation make some adjustments in the scheme to make it more suitable for the production needs of different departments. Through the main and auxiliary materials and technologies provided by our plant, after the completion of the transformation of the humidification mixer, the operation is smooth, free of dust and hardening, and the blades need not be replaced frequently, so as to reduce the maintenance investment and greatly improve the production efficiency.
