Hand in hand again in Ningxia, humidification mixer transformation project

In early April, we renovated 6 humidifying mixers for the ash removal workshop of Ningxia Power Plant.

The following problems can be solved after the transformation of humidifying mixer in ash depot of thermal power plant:

1.After modification, the problems of ash sticking and accumulating in the mixer are solved

2.After modification, the problem of frequent blade replacement of the mixer is solved

3.The problem of slow discharging speed of the mixer is solved and the discharging efficiency is improved.

4.After modification, the main components, driven shaft, drive shaft, central shaft, reducer, click and base of the mixer are guaranteed to avoid damage caused by internal ash accumulation.

5.After modification, the reliability of the mixer is improved, and there is no high material level in the ash storage, which ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit in the power plant.

The material used in the transformation is polymerized carbonized resin version, which is a wear-resistant material with low friction and water absorption and is not easy to adhere to. It has the comprehensive properties of non-stick material, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, non-water absorption and easy construction.
