Tangyin Hongda Engineering Plastics Factory won the bid in the procurement plan of a company in Ordo

On June 17, 2021, our factory won the bid in the bidding plan for the renovation of ash removal mixer of a company in Ordos. With excellent corporate reputation, excellent product quality and fair and reasonable price, our factory won the recognition of bid evaluation experts and bidding enterprises, and won the bid successfully.  The project that won the bid this time is 5 sets of double-shaft mixers in the grey warehouse.  The main material of the mixer renovation project is: polymerized carbonized resin plate.  Polymerized carbonized resin version is not easy to adhere to, with very low friction coefficient of wear-resistant materials, with other engineering plastics incomparable wear-resistant, self-lubrication, non-bonding, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, non-water absorption, easy construction of the comprehensive performance. The transformation of ash storage mixer in thermal power plant can solve the problems of ash sticking and accumulating inside the mixer, and reduce the problems of frequent blade replacement and slow discharge speed of the mixer. At the same time, it ensures that the main components, driven shaft, drive shaft, central pump, reducer, motor and base of the mixer are not damaged due to internal ash accumulation. The reliability of the equipment is improved to ensure the stable operation of the power plant units.
