The problem solved after the modification of humidifying mixer in ash depot of thermal power plant.

1.Solve the problem of ash sticking and accumulating inside the mixer.

2. Solve the problem of frequent blade replacement of the mixer.

3.The problem of slow discharging speed of the mixer is solved, and the discharging efficiency is improved.  

4.Ensure that the main components of the mixer, drive shaft, driven shaft, central shaft, reducer, motor and base are not damaged due to internal ash accumulation.  

5.The reliability of the equipment is improved, and there is no high material level in the ash storage, which ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit in the power plant.
