4, off the board phenomenon

Some enterprises install ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (NHMW-PE) lining board, use soon after the phenomenon began to fall off, according to years of customer service experience, the formation of the phenomenon of falling off board.  There are no more than the following situations:  

(1) The site installation is not careful enough, and the bolts are not fixed firmly;

(2) Unreasonable parts of bolts installed on site, because they fall off the plate;

(3) Installation materials have quality problems;

(4) the use of non-standard plate;

(5) Some coking plants and sintering plants in the use of lining board, did not notice the use of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) board ambient temperature should be between -269℃ to 100℃, and the use of its temperature range, causing plate melting deformation off.
