Instructions for use of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene sheet
When using uHMWPE liner, please follow the following instructions and precautions:
For initial use, discharge materials after storage to 2/3 of the capacity of the bin
2.In operation, always keep the material into the warehouse of the material dump point in the warehouse, and always keep the storage of material in the warehouse at more than half of the entire warehouse capacity
3. It is strictly forbidden for materials to directly impact the lining board
4. The hardness particles of various materials are different, so the flow rate of the material box shall not be changed at will. If it needs to be changed, the flow rate shall not be greater than 12% of the original design capacity
5. The ambient temperature should not be greater than 80℃
6. Do not use external forces to destroy the structure and loosen the fasteners at will
7. The stationary time of the material in the warehouse should not exceed 36 hours (sticky materials should not stay in the warehouse to prevent caking), and the stationary time of the material with water content less than 4% can be appropriately extended.
8. When the temperature is low, please pay attention to the rest time of the material in the bin to avoid the formation of frozen block.
