Structure and Application of 3 New Type of Adjustment Roller （Part 1）
The deviation of belt is a common problem in the operation of the belt conveyor. At present, to prevent the deviation of the roller is used the tapered connecting rod, the forward groove roller and the lower V shaped roller, but there are various defects and shortcomings. Therefore, two kinds of automatic aligning idlers and an articulated idler are developed, which can solve the problem of deviation adjustment.
1.part conical automatic aligning roller group (type I)
Adopts the single fulcrum side roller support for the roller group. The roller on the side roller bracket of the original aligning roller is removed, and the other hinge support is changed into a fixed support. The structure increases the stability of the side roller support, eliminates the additional resistance torque generated by the rolling wheel, reduces the number of parts, and reduces the manufacturing cost. The side roll is designed as a small cone roll for the primary center roller, and the 2 rolls are staggered on the side roller support. The vertical roll is loaded and adjusted (in the forward tilt), and the small cone roll plays the role of the front tilt. When the tape does not deviate, the adhesive tape is only contacted with the straight roller. At this time, the roller group is equivalent to the bearing roller. When the tape runs off, the tape moves to the small cone roll on one side, and the tape drives the cone roll, making the straight roll on the same bracket an angle, the greater the deviation, the greater the angle of the forward tilt and the greater the rectifying force. On the other hand, the straight roll is backward at the same angle under the action of the connecting rod, and the two rollers reset the adhesive tape together. The size of the straight roller and the middle roll of the side roller is the same. The size of the cone roller is not affected by the bandwidth. Each roller diameter is matched with a conical roller of the same size to facilitate the general use of the spare parts. The cone roll has a big cone angle and a quick adjustment. The adjustable idler roller group is suitable for one way running belt conveyor.
