2. Double direction automatic heart adjusting roller group (type II)
The straight rollers and small cone rollers in the side rollers are mounted on the same axis, with compact structure and small volume, which are convenient for manufacturing, packing and transportation. At the same time, it has the advantages of good stability, high sensitivity, high correction, high generalization, energy saving and long life.
3. Hinge type adjustment roller group (type III)
Formerly used tilting rollers prevent deviation by preset deviation. However, due to its own structure, large deviation can not be adjusted. When the belt conveyor has a large deviation and often runs in a certain position, it can only move forward and backward of the forward rollers of the deviation place, forming a large forward tilt and adjusting the deviation. But because of the rigid structure of the roller support, it is difficult to achieve. Because the conveyor can not run across the entire line, the use of the forward tilt roller at no deviation will increase the energy consumption.
To solve the above problems, a hinge type idler group is designed, whose structure is shown in Figure 3. The support roll group changes the structure form of the side roll and the beam installation of the ordinary roller group, and welds the side rollers at both ends and the sleeves on the two sides of the vertical column, forming a two hinge joint. The roller group is fixed on the middle frame by U type card. The idler can be used in conjunction with the aligning idler. When the belt does not deviate, the hinged idler does not lean forward, and the conveyor does not lose surplus energy consumption. When the deviation is small, the aligning idler can play a role in adjusting the deflection. When the deviation is large or caused by the deformation of steel structure, a group of U - shaped cards with a group or several groups of hinged rollers are loosened to form a large front angle, so that all 3 rolls can be adjusted, the correction force is large and the correction is fast and reliable. The use of U card does not need to punch holes in the intermediate frame, making it easy to manufacture and install adjustment.
The series of idlers can be used for belt conveyor with two-way operation. TD75 and DT II universal hinges, buffers, and V bearing rollers have been designed and user selected. The above 3 kinds of deviation adjusting idlers are designed according to TD75 or DT II series. The 3 kinds of rollers in Tangshan Steel Corp and Tianjin west iron factory have proved that they have good adjustment effect and long life, and still can work reliably. There is no belt breakage in use. It can meet the needs of use well.
