Orders for conveyor rollers finished

A week ago, one client in Hubei province ordered 1800pcs nylon rollers. Carrying rollers and return rollers both were included. Specifications as: Φ89*240mm, Φ133 * 595mm, Φ108 * 1150mm etc. Today all rollers for the client are finished and now works are loading the rollers to truck.

Nylon rollers manufactured by Hongda factory with many advantages like:
● Saving cost -- That is not to say the price for roller is cheap, but with long service life.  If the metal roller can be used one year, the nylon roller can work 3 years. Also for year, our rollers are no need to be repaired, this will reduce the labor cost.

● Why the roller with long service life?
Corrosive Resistance: As the rollers outside material is nylon, the material
 itself resistant of acid and alkali. The rollers fit well for fertilizer plant, salt plant and alkali plant etc chemical industries.
 Dust proof: The rollers with labyrinth dust-proof system. Other suppliers also say their rollers with labyrinth dust-proof system. 
What is the advantage of us? As the special structure of the roller,the shaft is inside of the dust cover, so the labyrinth system will take effect.
Water Proof: The dust covers are out of the pipe, this design will keep the water out from the roller.
Low friction--protection conveyor belt: The nylon material is more smooth and with low friction, if the roller is worn, the pipe will not tear the belt. But if the pipe is steel, when it is worn, its very sharp, and will split the belt.
Saving power energy: The roller is very light, only one-seventh of steel roller, so it requires less electricity.
