Tangyin Hongda nylon roller is well known for its good quality, light weight and long service life, but there are also some customers who tell us that there are problems in the use of roller. After on-site inspection by technical personnel in our factory, it was found that some of the rollers had problems due to improper installation or use.

Today, the author focuses on the installation and use of nylon roller in the process of attention.

Firstly, the rollers in our factory are designed with a integrated labyrinth of three-stage connected bearings, so it is necessary to clamp the two ends of the rollers with a bracket to avoid slightly throwing the sealing cover out under the centrifugal force caused by the rollers'rotation. Once the sealing cover fails, the sealing device will inevitably produce cracks, so that dust, moisture and other intrusions into the inside of the roll, leading to stuck bearing and scrapped roller.

Secondly, the use environment of nylon roller will also have a negative influence on its performance and service life. First, it should be avoided to use in environments prone to serious wear,such as parallel rollers supporting coke conveying, belts connected with old-fashioned steel buckles, etc. Second, it should be avoided to use in environments where the spacing of roller supports exceeds 3 mm of the length of rollers to prevent separation of the three-control axles due to centrifugal force. Third, it should be avoided to use in environments where the temperature is too high.Because the melting point of engineering plastics is usually about 100℃，so in order to keep the roller running normally, please use it in the working environment not exceeding 80℃.

Finally, during the use of the rollers, staff also need to check regularly whether there is material accumulation on the support of the conveying system. During the operation of nylon rollers, the material on the bracket should not be allowed to accumulate to the roll body, so as to avoid the wear of the hard material accumulated on the roll body.
