Shanxi Huaguang Power Plant Moisturizing Mixer Reform Plan in Progress

Recently, our factory undertook the transformation project of the humidifying mixer of Shanxi Huaguang Power Generation Co., Ltd. To this end, our factory dispatched several key elites from sales department and installation department to Liulin County, Shanxi Province, and formally launched the transformation plan of humidifying mixer.

According to the requirements of the contract, the blades of the wet mixer in the ash depot need to be transformed into polycarbonized resin material, and the lining board of polycarbonized resin material is added to the inner wall of the box to reduce the operating current and equipment failure rate, so as to prolong the service life of the impeller and save energy and electricity.

In view of the revamping requirements, our factory has chosen the self-developed polycarbonized resin board as the material. This kind of wear-resistant material is not easy to adhere and has very low friction coefficient. It has comprehensive properties such as wear resistance, self-lubrication, non-sticky material, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, non-water absorption, easy construction and so on, which are incomparable with other engineering plastics. After the modification is completed, the sticking problem can be effectively solved, and the service life is very long. It does not need frequent cleaning and replacement, saves time and labor, and improves work efficiency.

The problems to be solved after the modification of humidifying mixer in ash depot of thermal power plant are as follows:

1. After modification, the problem of ash staining and accumulation in the mixer was solved.

2. After modification, the problem of frequent blade replacement of mixer has been solved.

3. After modification, the problem of slow discharge speed of mixer has been solved, and the production efficiency has been improved.

4. After modification, the main components, driven shaft, drive shaft, reducer, motor and base of the mixer are not damaged by internal ash accumulation.

5. After modification, the reliability of the equipment is improved, and there is no high material level in the ash storehouse, which ensures the safe and stable operation of the units in the power plant.
