Necessity of Modification of Wet Mixer

With the rise and maturity of the tertiary industry, social and economic development is no longer driven by heavy industry as before. People begin to pay attention to how to solve the environmental problems caused by the development of heavy industry. The state environmental protection department is more strict about the environmental protection facilities that should be installed by various industrial enterprises. The modification project of the humidifying mixer in our factory has become the darling of the market.

It is well known that ash removal is one of the essential links in the operation of various thermal power plant units. Therefore, if there is a problem in the ash warehouse humidifying mixer, it will seriously affect the safe operation of the unit, thus delaying production. From our factory visits to enterprises of all sizes, it can be found that there are common problems of internal ash accumulation and sticky ash in the ash warehouse humidifying mixer, which will cause varying degrees of damage to a series of components of the mixer, such as blades, motors, drive shafts, etc.

Faced with such problems, most thermal power plants will use artificial ash removal, in the process, the mixer blades, spindle and box body will be knocked, inevitably will cause secondary damage to equipment and components. Manual cleaning seems to only consume manpower and time, but in fact it not only increases the workload of subsequent maintenance and repair, but also reduces the service life of components, accelerates the loss of spare parts, and increases unnecessary economic expenditure for power plants.

Polycarbonized resin board developed independently was used in the mixer transformation technology of Tangyin Hongda Engineering Plastic Plant. This kind of material has the characteristics of very low friction coefficient and not easy to adhere. After the modification of the humidifying mixer, the efficiency of unloading can be improved, the economic losses caused by frequent replacement of spare parts and maintenance of equipment can be effectively reduced, and there will be no potential safety hazards in manual cleaning, so as to ensure the stability of ash storage level and the safe operation of equipment units.

The wetting mixer of ash depot has the following functions after modification:                              

1. Solve the problem of sticking and depositing ash in the mixer.

2. Solve the problem of slow unloading speed and low working efficiency of mixer.

3. To solve the problem of frequent replacement of blades in mixers;
