Cooperate again to boost efficient production

In the early part of this month, our factory carried out the lining board installation and transformation project for a clay silo in the raw material yard of Yulong Group's cement company. Although the project is only a small-scale project worth 150,000 yuan, we still dare not slacken it, relying on the skilled technology of the installation personnel and the cooperation of the field personnel, the project took only one week to announce the completion.

In fact, the installation project can be completed so efficiently, thanks to the construction personnel familiar with the site environment. As early as 2014, our factory has installed lining board on the silo, which has achieved remarkable results and basically solved the problem of silo sticking. When we received the Commission for the second refitting of the plant this year, we were also doubtful that the service life of the liner in the plant was obviously much shorter than that in similar plants. Did any problems arise during its use? After on-site investigation by our factory staff, it was found that the clay silo was often used to blank sandstone in the production process of the factory. Because of the high soil content and high water content of sandstone, there are often problems of harden in the silo. When the bonding problem is serious, the hook machine can only be used to auxiliary blanking, which will inevitably scratch the lining board during the period, and eventually cause the damage of the lining board.

In July this year, our factory carried out the renovation and renovation of the clay silo again, and selected 25 mm thick plate as lining material. After the renovation, we discussed with the customer about the use of the silo, reminding the customer that in future production, it should be strictly prohibited to share the silo between sandstone and clay or use sharp equipment such as hook machine.
