Attentions for Installation and Use of UHMW-PE Sheets

Make sure the concrete wall is clean before installation, and if there is damages should be repaired.

The joints of the sheet must be aligned so as to make it smooth without lifting.

The head of nails and screws should be flat or slightly lower than the surface of UHMW-PE sheet, not higher than the surface.

Though the sheet with certain bending capacity, when it can bend anymore, it can only be joint.

Sheet of thickness of 15-20mm usually be used on coal conveying system. The sheet can be used in area more cold and wet or rainy. The lowest temperature is miner 269 degree Celsius, and the highest temperature should be less than 100 degree Celsius.

When stop production for repairing, the screw must be checked to prevent sheet falling off caused by the bolt corrosion and loosening.

Please pay attention to the coal handling system. Do not hit the lining board directly.
